3” COMMERCIAL INSULATED STEEL DOOR WITH THERMAL BREAK
26 Gauge Interior & Exterior Steel, Injected Polyurethane Foam Insulation
SECTIONS
Sections are roll formed 26 gauge hot dipped galvanized steel, woodgrain embossed on both sides.
Interior is V‑grooved.
Section joints are tongue and groove.
Insulation is injected polyurethane foam.
0.089 Tested U-Factor. Sections are 3” thick.
Available section heights are 18”, 21” and 24”.
Exterior and interior are pre-finished using a urethane primer and a white polyester finish.
Almond, bronze, brown, carbon black, charcoal, espresso, gray, sahara tan or sandstone exterior is available at no extra cost.
Available for an upcharge are trinar brown, trinar beige and wood grain colors mahogany, ash, american walnut and english oak up to 24' wide.
Flexible vinyl bottom astragal.
Air Infiltration Joint Seal included.
End stiles are 16 gauge galvanized steel with a thermal break.
Top sections have a full length header seal.
Full top and bottom thermal break.
Internal vertical steel plates are provided for face hardware attachment.
All doors are built to meet or exceed standards established by ANSI/DASMA 102-2011.
HARDWARE
Steel track and hardware components are galvanized to prevent rust and/or corrosion.
Vertical tracks are a minimum of 16 gauge steel, and is graduated at 1/8” per linear foot of door height.
2” clip style angle mounted track is standard. Consult Garage Door Distributors' sales rep for occurrence of 3” track.
3” clip style angle mounted track is available for all sizes where not standard.
Horizontal tracks are a minimum 16 gauge steel with 14 gauge steel support angles as required.
12” radius is also available on 2” track on doors up to 14’-0” tall at no additional cost. Double end hinges are furnished on doors 18’-0” and wider.
All hinges are 14 gauge minimum.
10-ball rollers are standard on all size doors.
Cable drums are die cast aluminum with aircraft type cable.
Springs are oil tempered, helical, torsion type mounted to a steel cross header shaft.
Inside lock is standard. Cylinder locks are not available
Warranty
Haas Door Company warrants its Commercial 800, 2000, 700 and 600 series steel garage door sections to be free from delamination or rust-through for a period of 10 years to the original purchaser of the building where the door sections are installed. All other components are warranted to be free from defects in workmanship and material for a period of one (1) year from date of installation.
This ten year Warranty applies only to steel garage door sections manufactured by Haas Door Company and components manufactured or supplied by Haas Door Company. The warranty excludes: (1) Sections and/or component parts which have been damaged due to misuse; (2) Sections and/or components which have been improperly installed, maintained or operated; (3) Sections and/or components that have been damaged due to accident; (4) Sections and/or components that have been damaged due to exposure to salt environments including coastal areas, corrosive fumes/chemicals, alkaline cleaning agents, condensation or fire; (5) Performance of and/or any damage or defect caused by coatings applied subsequent to the original factoryapplied finish; (6) Repair and/or replacement labor charges, including travel cost; (7) Damages resulting from other causes beyond the manufacturer's control.
In the event any defect is claimed during the warranty periods, a claim in writing must be submitted to Garage Door Distributors. This claim must be submitted within fifteen (15) days of the discovery of the suspected defect. The door and all components must be available for inspection by Garage Door Distributors. Upon verification of a manufacturing defect, Garage Door Distributors will provide repair or replacement part(s) at its option. THE MANUFACTURER SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF ANY BREACH OF THIS EXPRESS LIMITED WARRANTY, including but not limited to any damage to buildings, other property or for any injuries or damages sustained by any person whomsoever, or the recovery of any direct or indirect costs such as shipping, travel, lost time, installation labor charges, paint or painting, cleaning, repair, or other building materials.
THE WARRANTY PRINTED ABOVE IS THE ONLY WARRANTY APPLICABLE TO THE PURCHASE; THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF. ANY EXPRESS WARRANTY NOT PROVIDED HEREIN, AND ANY REMEDIES WHICH BUT FOR THE WARRANTY CONTAINED HEREIN MIGHT ARISE BY IMPLICATION OR OPERATION OF LAW, IS HEREBY EXCLUDED AND DISCLAIMED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
