Purchase Agreement

By submitting an order, the Buyer agrees to purchase and the Seller (Garage Door Distributors) agrees to sell overhead doors and accessories in accordance with this Agreement. Submission of an order constitutes acceptance of all terms contained herein.

Prices include base product, selected options, and delivery where applicable. Buyer is responsible for all taxes, permits, bonds, and regulatory costs not explicitly stated.

Buyer is responsible for verifying that all specifications meet local building codes, insurance requirements, and jobsite conditions.

All changes must be documented and approved in writing by both Buyer and Seller. Pricing will be adjusted accordingly.

Orders placed on hold or cancelled may be subject to charges. If production has begun, the full contract amount may be due.

All shipments are F.O.B. factory. Risk transfers upon delivery. Buyer is responsible for inspection and must report damages immediately.

Products are warranted for one year against defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty is limited to repair or replacement at Seller’s discretion.

Seller is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the products.

Seller is not responsible for delays caused by events outside reasonable control including weather, supply disruptions, or transportation issues.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska. Any disputes shall be handled in Dodge County, Nebraska.
